These Blue Point oysters have a pleasant brine upfront followed by a mildly sweet tasting meat and lingering salinity! Our oysters are tumbled and simultaneously washed with high pressure jets to produce a clean oyster with refined edges and a deeper cup, ultimately yielding more meat. Perfect for raw consumption or cooking. Gluten-free, organic, non-GMO and as fresh as it possibly gets
A small amount of shell breakage can possibly occur in transit, refunds are not permitted.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/CARE: Product is live. Discard clams that have broken or are open. DO NOT store in fresh water. Refrigeration is the best form of storage, but should you choose to store in ice, it is advised to open clams within 24 hours. Do not store in air tight plastic containers or bags. Best when prepared within 1-2 days of arrival.
Product safety
Always buy shellfish from reputable and certified dealers. Ensure that “shell on” seafood has a certified shipper’s tag, and containers of shucked oysters have a shipper number.

As we’ve evolved through the years, we have added such products as shell oysters, soft clams (steamers), and live lobsters. Our own regional trucks run nightly to serve the tri-state area. We also connect with LTL truckers for access to the New England, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic markets. Our proximity to New York’s airports, which are important cargo hubs, serve our West Coast customers well.
