La Monica Petite Scungilli is small sliced conch that's pre-cooked and ready to eat from the can. Simply rinse before using. Conch can be eaten heated or cold depending on the recipe. They are a perfect compliment to pasta, are great in salads or simmered in sauce. They are also delicious finely chopped and fried in a light batter.

As we’ve evolved through the years, we have added such products as shell oysters, soft clams (steamers), and live lobsters. Our own regional trucks run nightly to serve the tri-state area. We also connect with LTL truckers for access to the New England, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic markets. Our proximity to New York’s airports, which are important cargo hubs, serve our West Coast customers well.
